ForMyNation is a purpose-driven social platform designed to inspire and highlight real positive contributions to communities and society across India. By accessing or using ForMyNation, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. User Accounts & Registration

ForMyNation offers two types of accounts:

• Viewer Accounts: Free accounts that can browse content, support creators with coins, and report inappropriate content.
• Creator Accounts: Accounts that can post content after paying a one-time registration fee (currently ₹99). Creators must provide accurate information during registration, including valid contact and payment details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Conduct & Community Standards

All users of ForMyNation agree to:

• Post and engage with content that is truthful, authentic, and represents real contributions
• Refrain from posting politically divisive, hateful, or discriminatory content
• Respect the dignity and privacy of others in all interactions
• Avoid spamming, scamming, or attempting to manipulate the platform
• Report any violations or inappropriate content immediately
• Not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Intellectual Property

By posting content on ForMyNation, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute your content across our platform and promotional materials. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to use and post all content you upload
• Your content doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights
• You have received appropriate permission from any identifiable individuals in your posts

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms & Conditions or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. All decisions regarding the termination of accounts shall be made solely at our discretion.

6. Modifications to Terms

ForMyNation reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notification of material changes through our platform. Your continued use of ForMyNation following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

ForMyNation is designed to showcase authentic positive contributions to society. All content must:

• Represent genuine, verifiable good deeds or social contributions
• Be original or used with proper permission
• Include appropriate evidence or documentation of the contribution
• Respect the privacy and dignity of all individuals shown
• Align with our mission of promoting positive change and inspiration

2. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited:

• False or fabricated contributions
• Political campaigning or partisan content
• Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence
• Sexually explicit or offensive material
• Content that exploits vulnerable individuals, including minors
• Commercial advertising unrelated to social contributions
• Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations

3. Review & Moderation Process

Our content moderation process includes:

• Manual review of all submissions before publication
• Verification checks for authenticity where necessary
• Community reporting system for problematic content
• Periodic review of published content

ForMyNation reserves the right to reject, remove, or request modifications to any content at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

4. Content Appeals

If your content is rejected or removed, you may appeal the decision by contacting our moderation team at support@formynation.org. Please include detailed information about why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. Appeals will be reviewed within 7 business days.

1. Coin System

ForMyNation uses a coin-based system to support creators:

• Users can buy coins and use them to support posts or creators they admire.
• Coin pricing may vary depending on the quantity purchased. Please refer to the "Buy Coins" page for the latest details.
• All coin transactions are final and non-refundable, except where legally required.
• Coins are platform-only credits and cannot be converted to cash or transferred outside.
• We maintain complete transaction records for transparency and security.

2. Creator Registration

To become a creator:

• A one-time registration fee of ₹99 is required
• This fee helps maintain platform quality and prevent fake or fraudulent accounts
• If your first post is not approved or you’re unable to post, you can request a refund
• Contact support@formynation.org to request a refund before your first post is approved
• After your first post is approved, no refund requests will be accepted

3. Creator Payouts

The payout process works as follows:

• Creators can convert earned coins to INR through our payout system at a transparent rate of 1 coin = ₹1
• Minimum payout threshold is 1000 coins
• For smaller amounts, please contact our support team
• Payouts are processed within 5-7 business days
• A 5% service fee will be deducted from your withdrawal amount.
• Creators are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on their earnings as per Indian tax laws

4. Payment Processing & Security

ForMyNation uses Razorpay, a secure payment gateway, for all transactions including creator registration and coin purchases. We do not store any payment card information on our servers. All financial transactions are encrypted using SSL technology. While we implement strong security measures, users should also maintain good security practices, such as using strong passwords and not sharing account information.

5. Fraud Prevention

We actively monitor for fraudulent activities, including fake contributions or manipulation of the coin system. Any user found engaging in fraudulent behavior will have their account suspended, may forfeit accumulated coins, and could face legal action in serious cases. We reserve the right to withhold payouts pending investigation of suspicious activity.
